Early Access Privacy Notice
Effective July 16, 2026
Current scope: Pubvio is a limited-release contextual ad service. It does not build behavioral profiles or use private publisher-app content to choose ads.
Ad delivery data
An approved publisher app may send its Pubvio app ID, declared app category, placement, ad ID, impression ID, event type, and event timestamp. Pubvio does not ask the app to send chat text, contacts, photos, files, search terms, advertising IDs, or cross-app identifiers.
IP handling
Cloudflare necessarily processes an IP address to deliver and protect a request. The Worker converts it to a one-way SHA-256 rate-limit token, which expires after two minutes. Raw IP addresses are not included in Pubvio ad-event, campaign, feedback, diagnostics, or publisher-application records.
Application data
Community campaign applications include a contact email, title, body copy, and HTTPS destination. Publisher applications include a contact email, app name, HTTPS website, and optional note. Pubvio uses this information only to review and operate the early-access program.
Storage and retention
- Ad events and verified counters: up to 90 days before aggregate retention.
- Feedback, diagnostics, and early-access application records: up to 180 days.
- Cloudflare security and server logs may be retained for up to 10 days.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts Pages, Workers, and KV. When operational notification secrets are configured, Pubvio may send the contents of a user-initiated feedback or application submission to a private Telegram operator chat so it can be reviewed. Pubvio does not sell application or end-user data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
Submitting either form is optional. Publisher apps must label ads and provide their own privacy disclosure. LAILOLA Pro does not load Pubvio ads. To request access to or deletion of an early-access submission, use the publisher form and include the original reference ID.
Changes
This notice describes the currently deployed limited release. It will be updated before public self-serve billing, automated payouts, or broader account features are activated.
